1 Identity
Fixed-ratio four-component article: three synthetic linear peptides plus a copper(II) coordination complex, co-lyophilized to an 80 mg nominal fill. A formulation, not a substance. GLOW is the same composition without KPV and is a separate record. This is the one blend in the catalog whose ratio is fixed by Unequivocal's own written formula rather than taken from an observed market presentation.

The two ratios are different numbers and the certificate states which it reports. Copper contributes 7.905 mg to the 80 mg fill, 9.88 percent of the gross.

- (1) the thymosin fork: this article is the full-length 43-mer, and the Tb4(17-23) heptapeptide is a different molecule sold under the same market name, and substituting it changes both the mass balance and the deconvolution algebra, because the heptapeptide carries no alanine and no aspartate. (2) the copper fork: 1:1 complex 401.914, mono-acetate 461.966, metal-free GHK 340.384, AHK-Cu 415.94, prezatide copper acetate 800.33. (3) the KPV fork: free acid 342.44 against C-terminal amide 341.46, two molecules sold under the shared name 'alpha-MSH(11-13)' by two different institutional houses; and KdPT, Lys-D-Pro-Thr, 344.41, a different sequence with a D-residue. (4) ratio: market KLOW-type products circulate at ratios other than 5:1:1:1 and none is standard; this record is the company formula and does not describe the market.

3 Primary sources & evidence
Literature exists for each of the four components, is graded and cited on each component record, and is cross-referenced from here rather than restated; none of it is literature about this mixture. FDA's published statement for KPV, content current 22 April 2026, is that it has not identified any human exposure data on drug products containing KPV administered via any route.

- The labeled condition is taken as the most restrictive of the four components rather than as an average: co-lyophilized solid, -20 degrees C plus or minus 5 degrees C, desiccated with in-pack desiccant, protected from light, nitrogen headspace re-blanketed after any subdivision, sealed vial equilibrated to room temperature before opening. Two composition-specific points. Cu(II) is redox-active and Met6 is the single oxidation-labile residue in the article, so the blend co-locates an oxidizable residue with a redox-active metal and the nitrogen blanket is a control rather than a formality. And cake color is a weak identity check here: the neat copper complex is blue to blue-violet, but at 50 mg in an 80 mg fill alongside three white peptides the chroma is diluted, so a pale cake is not read as a failure without instrument confirmation.
- Shelf life
- The provisional interval is 24 months at -20 degrees C plus or minus 5 degrees C, taken as the shortest of the four component intervals and pending this company's own data, expressly not inherited from the component studies. The blend runs its own protocol at 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 18 and 24 months with a parallel accelerated arm at 25 degrees C / 60 percent RH on each of the first three lots, trending per-component content, the measured four-way ratio, copper stoichiometry, the d-d band lambda-max, methionine sulfoxide, cyclo(Lys-Pro), water content and any new peak above 0.10 percent. Ten-unit content uniformity per component stands until three consecutive lots from one site and one blending process demonstrate homogeneity.
