Returns and Non-Returnable Items

1. All sales are final

We do not accept returns and we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, for ordering in error, or for any reason other than those set out in section 3 below.

2. Why

The articles we supply are sensitive to temperature, light, and handling. Once a shipment has left our control we cannot verify how it has been stored or handled, and we cannot establish that a returned article still conforms to its published specification.

Because the integrity of every article we supply must be traceable, an article that has left our custody cannot re-enter it. This applies whether or not the packaging has been opened.

3. The only exceptions

We will replace the article or refund the price paid for it, at our option, where:

To make a claim, contact support@unequivocalpeptides.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the lot number, and photographs of the article and its packaging as received. Do not discard the packaging until the claim is resolved.

Where a claim is accepted, we issue a prepaid return label at our cost and the article must be returned to us. Articles that are the subject of a claim are quarantined and destroyed under our quality procedures; they are never returned to stock. An article that is the subject of a claim may not be retained, used, reconstituted, transferred, or disposed of by you.

Replacement or refund is issued once the returned article reaches us. Where a claimed article is not returned within 14 days of us issuing the label, the claim is closed and no replacement or refund is due.

Do not return anything to us without instructions. Unauthorised returns are not accepted and are not refunded.

  • the article delivered is not the article you ordered;
  • the article arrives physically damaged;
  • the article does not conform to the specification we published for it.

4. Claims we cannot accept

  • Claims made more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Claims where the article has been reconstituted, aliquoted, decanted, relabelled, or otherwise altered.
  • Claims arising from storage or handling after delivery that does not follow the published storage conditions.
  • Claims arising from the article's performance in your research. We warrant conformity to specification; we do not warrant that any article will produce any particular result.
  • Claims arising from customs detention or seizure.

5. Refunds

Where a refund is due it is made to the original payment method within 14 days of our accepting the claim. Shipping charges are refunded only where the entire order is the subject of an accepted claim.

6. Chargebacks

We stand behind everything we supply, and where we get something wrong we fix it at our cost, including return shipping. Contact us. We would rather correct a problem than dispute one.

Because that route exists and costs you nothing, a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute filed without first raising a claim with us is treated as fraudulent.

Where that happens: we contest the dispute in full and submit the complete order record, including your registration data, your attestations with their date and time stamps, your IP address, dispatch and tracking records, delivery confirmation, and all correspondence. You remain liable for the full order value, all payment processor fees, and all costs we incur in contesting it. An administrative fee of $100 per disputed transaction becomes payable. Your account is terminated permanently and you are barred from registering again. The balance is referred to collections and may be reported to consumer credit reporting agencies. Where we believe a dispute was filed dishonestly we report it to our payment processor, to the card network, and to merchant fraud prevention databases, whose records are visible to other merchants. Where we believe a criminal offence has been committed we refer the matter to law enforcement.

7. Cancelled orders

You may cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
