Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin + MGF + GHRP-2 - 4X

1 Identity

Fixed-ratio four-component article: an N-acylated 44-residue peptide amide, a five-residue pentapeptide amide, a 24-residue all-L peptide free acid from the IGF-1Ec E-domain, and a six-residue hexapeptide amide, co-lyophilized. Two of the four are GHRP-class peptides sharing the same non-proteinogenic residue, which is the fact that governs the analytics. Each component's identity lives on its own record. It names a SKU and states no ratio. Also seen as 'Tesa/Ipa/MGF/GHRP-2'. Two component names are unstable in this market: suppliers differ on the boundary of the traded MGF peptide, and a 25-residue cysteine-extended form circulates under that name; GHRP-2 is pralmorelin, and both names appear on the same molecule.

Blend-relevant facts only: tesamorelin is the trans-3-hexenoyl-capped 44-mer amide, Met27 oxidation-labile; ipamorelin is Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2; MGF is H-YQPPSTNKNTKSQRRKGSTFEERK-OH, 24 residues, free acid, no cysteine - the fact that separates it from the 25-mer traded under the same name; GHRP-2 is H-D-Ala-D-2-Nal-Ala-Trp-D-Phe-Lys-NH2, six residues, three D and three L, primary carboxamide. A free-acid form of any amidated component is a specified impurity, not a synonym.
Molecular formula
Per component; a mixture has no combined formula and none is written. Tesamorelin C221H366N72O67S free base, supplied as the acetate; ipamorelin C38H49N9O5; MGF C121H199N41O40 free acid, the 25-residue cysteine-extended form C124H204N42O41S named for contrast because it imports a sulfur the 24-mer lacks; GHRP-2 C45H55N9O6 free base, mono-trifluoroacetate C47H56F3N9O8, dihydrochloride C45H57Cl2N9O6. Counterion is a measured finding per component and is material on three of the four.
Average mass
Average mass is given per component. A blend of four peptides has no single combined mass. Tesamorelin 5,135.856 Da free base (about 5,556.2 Da as the acetate); ipamorelin 711.868 Da; MGF 2,868.170 Da; GHRP-2 817.992 Da (mono-trifluoroacetate 932.02; dihydrochloride 890.91). Ten milligrams of each peptide, forty milligrams in total, is an equal-mass blend and not an equal-molar one. Because the four molecular weights differ, the vial holds them in a molar ratio of 1.00 : 7.21 : 1.79 : 6.28 - 1.94710, 14.04755, 3.48654 and 12.22506 micromol. A sevenfold molecular-weight spread makes an equal-mass fill nothing like equimolar, and a document treating the mass ratio as a molar ratio is wrong on its face.
Monoisotopic mass
Per component. Tesamorelin 5,132.71664 neutral, used with a deconvoluted charge envelope; ipamorelin 711.3857, [M+H]+ 712.3930; MGF 2,866.47980, [M+3H]3+ 956.50054; GHRP-2 817.4275, [M+H]+ 818.4348. Separations that govern acceptance: ipamorelin against GHRP-2 at 106.124 Da average, trivial for any instrument but easy to lose in a shared 2-naphthylalanine marker; GHRP-2's free-acid impurity at +0.98 Da; the 25-mer MGF cysteine form at 2,969.48898, +103.009; and des-acyl tesamorelin at -96.058 Da. The separation mass cannot make: GHRP-2's all-L impostor is exactly isobaric with it, so only a chiral method excludes it. No single blend 'molecular weight' is printed.
Salt / variant note
(1) the 24-mer against the 25-mer cysteine-extended form at 2,971.31, +103.14 Da, which one captured seller publishes as its own sequence under an MGF title. (2) GHRP-2's all-L impostor, exactly isobaric and excluded only by a chiral method, and its free-acid impurity at +0.98 Da. (3) the secretagogue fork: GHRP-6 at 873.032 and hexarelin at 887.06, both sold into blends of this description. (4) des-acyl tesamorelin at -96.058 Da and the isobaric acyl isomers cis-3-hexenoyl and 2-hexenoyl. (5) Deletion sequences on the 24-mer: des-Arg 2,711.98, des-Lys 2,740.00. (6) Counterion per component - GHRP-2 as acetate, mono-trifluoroacetate 932.02 or dihydrochloride 890.91. (7) Ratio: '4X' names a SKU and no ratio is standard.

P2, P3 and P1panel definitionas a union, per component. P2 governs tesamorelin's acyl group. P3 is engaged twice and heavily - Aib1, D-2-Nal3, D-Phe4 in ipamorelin; D-Ala1, D-2-Nal2, D-Phe5 in GHRP-2 - so a chiral method is mandatory and is run against each component's own expected D-content, never a pooled figure, which on this article is more than A FORMALITY: both components contain D-2-naphthylalanine and D-phenylalanine, so a pooled D-content would look entirely plausible while saying nothing about either. P1 governs the 24-mer. Aib is achiral, is present in ipamorelin only, and is shown by MS/MS. Two GHRP-class peptides in one vial make 2-naphthylalanine and the D-content pooled quantities rather than markers. Ipamorelin survives on histidine and Aib; GHRP-2 is left with tryptophan alone, the one residue standard hydrolysis destroys, so this article cannot be released on a single unmodified hydrolysis

4 Storage & specification

Storage
Co-lyophilized solid, held at -20 degrees C plus or minus 5 degrees C, desiccated, light-protected, in Type I amber glass with nitrogen headspace. Non-sterile, no sterility claim. The reasons are chemical rather than housekeeping: Met27 on the 44-mer and the tryptophan of GHRP-2 are the oxidation-sensitive points; two naphthalene rings and an indole make this the most photosensitive solid in the catalog, so light protection is a release condition; and the 24-mer, hygroscopic as a trifluoroacetate, suffers most from condensed moisture.
Shelf life
24 months from the date of manufacture, stored at -20 degrees C, desiccated and light-protected. The retest-limiting attributes are oxidative and photolytic rather than hydrolytic - methionine sulfoxide at +15.995 Da on tesamorelin, tryptophan oxidation products on GHRP-2, des-acyl tesamorelin at -96.058 Da - with deamidation across the 24-mer's asparagine and glutamine positions fourth.
