Fixed-ratio four-component article: an N-acylated 44-residue peptide amide, a five-residue pentapeptide amide with two non-proteinogenic residues, a disulfide-closed 16-residue somatropin-chain analogue, and a 16-residue mitochondrially encoded peptide free acid, co-lyophilized. No metal center and no conjugate. Each component's full identity lives on its own record and is cross-referenced rather than restated. Also seen as 'Tesa/Ipa/AOD/MOTS'.

Molecular formula
Per component; a mixture has no combined formula and none is written. Tesamorelin C221H366N72O67S free base, supplied as the acetate with roughly seven acetate equivalents; ipamorelin C38H49N9O5; AOD-9604 C78H123N23O23S2 disulfide-closed; MOTS-c C101H152N28O22S2 free acid. Counterion is a measured finding per component, and here it is a first-order quantity rather than a footnote: tesamorelin at about seven acetate per mole is roughly a 7.6 percent gross-weight correction on that component alone.

Average mass is given per component. A blend of four peptides has no single combined mass. Tesamorelin 5,135.856 Da free base (about 5,556.2 Da as the acetate); ipamorelin 711.868 Da; AOD-9604 1,815.100 Da; MOTS-c 2,174.621 Da. AT A nominal 10 mg each, 40 mg total, the 1:1:1:1 mass ratio is a molar ratio of 1.00 : 7.21 : 2.83 : 2.36 - 1.94710, 14.04755, 5.50934 and 4.59850 micromol. A sevenfold molecular-weight spread makes an equal-mass fill nothing like equimolar, and a document treating the mass ratio as a molar ratio is wrong on its face.

Three separations govern acceptance: des-acyl tesamorelin at -96.058 Da, invisible at nominal resolution on a 5 kDa envelope; AOD-9604 against genuine hGH(176-191) at 1,797.86544, where mono-oxidized fragment is elementally identical to closed AOD-9604; and the MOTS-c K14Q polymorph peptide at 2,173.07135, 0.03639 Da from the parent and 0.01213 Da apart on the 3+ ion, demanding resolving power near 1 part in 60,000. No single blend 'molecular weight' is printed.
Salt / variant note
(1) des-acyl tesamorelin at -96.058 Da, a degradant rather than a variant and invisible without accurate mass on a 5 kDa envelope. (2) the acyl isomers cis-3-hexenoyl and 2-hexenoyl, exactly isobaric with the specified trans-3-hexenoyl and separable only chromatographically, so a document that never names the isomer has not tested for it. (3) the fragment fork: genuine hGH(176-191) 1,799.101 against AOD-9604 1,815.100, one Tyr-for-Phe apart, plus the reduced open chain at +2.016 Da. (4) MOTS-c neighbors: K14Q polymorph peptide 2,174.58, rat 20-mer 2,516.03, mouse 11-mer 1,446.75, (1-12) 1,620.91, (1-13) 1,777.10, mono-sulfoxide 2,190.62. (5) Counterion per component; ratio not standardized.

P2 governs tesamorelin and brings the acyl-specific tests: intact trans-3-hexenoyl content against the des-acyl species, and confirmation of double-bond position and geometry, cis-3-hexenoyl and 2-hexenoyl being exactly isobaric with it. P3 governs ipamorelin, so chiral amino acid analysis runs against its own expected D-content and never as a pooled figure; Aib is achiral and is shown present by MS/MS. P1 governs AOD-9604, with its disulfide as a named identity attribute, and MOTS-c. MOTS-c leaves only two unique markers for amino acid analysis of this article: proline, at one residue per mole, and tryptophan, which standard acid hydrolysis destroys. The article cannot be released on a single hydrolysis, and the second hydrolysis is written into the method rather than discovered later

Storage
Co-lyophilized solid, held at -20 degrees C plus or minus 5 degrees C, desiccated, light-protected, in Type I amber glass with nitrogen headspace. Non-sterile, no sterility claim. The oxidation inventory governs the packaging, and it is the stated reason for it: MOTS-c carries two methionines, one tryptophan and two tyrosines, tesamorelin adds Met27, and AOD-9604 contributes a redox-sensitive disulfide - so inert headspace is a release condition rather than a packaging preference.
Shelf life
24 months from the date of manufacture, stored at -20 degrees C, desiccated and light-protected, taken as the shortest of the four component intervals. The retest-limiting attributes are oxidative rather than hydrolytic - methionine sulfoxide on two components, tryptophan oxidation products on MOTS-c, des-acyl tesamorelin at -96.058 Da, disulfide scrambling on AOD-9604 - a different limiting chemistry from the sulfur-free blends elsewhere in this catalog.
