1 Identity

Fixed-ratio three-component article: two unmodified all-L heptapeptide free acids co-lyophilized with an all-L tripeptide free acid of the Khavinson short-peptide series. No metal center, no acyl chain, no conjugate, no disulfide, no non-proteinogenic residue. The exact semax form must be specified and this record will not accept the bare word: the market ships free acid, amide and N-acetylated amidate under one name, and a three-component title hides that fork rather than resolving it.

Sequence
Per component, cross-referenced to each component's own record. Semax H-Met-Glu-His-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro-OH. Selank H-Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly-Pro-OH. Pinealon H-L-Glu-L-Asp-L-Arg-OH (EDR), free N-terminal amine, free C-terminal acid, with no acetylation, amidation or cyclization. The tripeptide is small and polar and is poorly retained on a standard C18 gradient — a method-design fact, not an incidental one.
Molecular formula
Per component; a mixture has no combined formula and none is written. Semax C37H51N9O10S; Selank C33H57N11O9; Pinealon C15H26N6O8 as the free peptide. Semax is the only sulfur-containing component, so the isotope envelope assigns it without reference to retention time. Pinealon is supplied as an acetate salt at a stoichiometry that is not fixed, so its counterion mass fraction is a measured finding rather than an assumed one.

Per component, on IUPAC 2021 abridged conventional atomic weights: Semax 813.928 Da; Selank 751.887 Da; Pinealon 418.407 Da. AT A nominal 10 + 10 + 10 mg fill, 30 mg total, the 1.00 : 1.00 : 1.00 mass ratio is a molar ratio of 1.000 : 1.083 : 1.945 — 12.28610, 13.29987 and 23.90017 micromol. The tripeptide is present at nearly twice the molar quantity of the heptapeptides at equal mass, and a document treating the mass ratio as a molar ratio is wrong on its face.
Monoisotopic mass
Per component. Semax 813.34796, [M+H]+ 814.35524. Selank 751.43407, [M+H]+ 752.44135. Pinealon 418.18121, [M+H]+ 419.18849, [M-H]- 417.17393. All three are well separated; the separations that matter are internal — acid against amide at 0.9840 Da on either heptapeptide, and Semax methionine sulfoxide at +15.9949 Da. Pinealon sits low enough that a method with a 400 Da low-mass cutoff will not see it at all, and that failure looks like a clean chromatogram.
Salt / variant note
(1) the semax fork, which this article's own title flags: free acid 813.928, amide 812.94, N-Acetyl Semax 855.965, N-Acetyl Semax Amidate 854.981. A "VOCUS-type" product built on the acetylated amidate is a different article and must not share a certificate. (2) the Selank fork: free acid 751.887 against N-Acetyl Selank Amidate 792.940. (3) PINEALON: the Khavinson series ships fifteen tripeptide presentations at a common 20 mg fill, Cartalax (AED) and Vilon (KE) being the nearest neighbors by title confusion. (4) ratio: no standard was located.

The difficulty here is dynamic range rather than panel breadth: a 418 Da tripeptide alongside two 750-814 Da heptapeptides in one vial, where a single generic C18 gradient will not retain all three adequately. At an equal-mass fill the 418 Da component is present at 1.945 times the molar quantity of the Semax component, and the two commonest method failures — no low-mass acquisition and no tripeptide retention — both produce a cleaner-looking certificate than a correct method does

The two heptapeptide files carry a substantial Russian-language corpus; the Pinealon file sits within the Khavinson short-peptide literature, graded on its own record with its methodological limitations stated there. None of it is literature about this mixture, and no published study of this fixed three-component combination was located.

4 Storage & specification

Storage
White to off-white co-lyophilized cake in Type I amber glass with a PTFE-lined closure, nitrogen headspace and in-pack desiccant; a non-sterile laboratory chemical, with no sterility claim and no injection format. Store at -20 degrees C plus or minus 5 degrees C, desiccated and protected from light, the light and oxygen controls being set by the Semax Met1 thioether with the reason stated on the label. Vials are equilibrated to ambient before opening — two of the three components are supplied as hygroscopic acetate salts.
Shelf life
Provisional 24 months at -20 degrees C plus or minus 5 degrees C, desiccated and light-protected, from QA release — the shortest of the three component intervals, provisional pending this company's own data. Stability-indicating attributes for the mixture are per-component net content, both pairwise ratios, methionine sulfoxide, acid-amide interconversion, free arginine and free glutamate as tripeptide degradation markers, water, counterion and any new peak above 0.10 percent. Pulls at 0, 3, 6, 12, 18, 24 and 36 months, with a 6-month interim pull on each of the first three lots.
