Three components inside a 300 Da band means one chromatographic method can hold all three, which is unusual in this set and is the one thing that makes this article easier to certify than its neighbors. No single blend 'molecular weight' is printed.

- Per component. Oxytocin 1006.4365 neutral, [M+H]+ 1007.4437. PT-141 1024.5243 neutral, [M+H]+ 1025.5316. Kisspeptin-10 1301.6305 neutral, [M+H]+ 1302.6378. Kisspeptin-10's des-amido free acid is 1302.6146 neutral, which sits 0.0232 Da, about 18 ppm, from the parent's protonated ion at 1302.6378. A certificate reporting '1302.6' without naming the adduct and the charge state has not separated the product from its commonest impurity. Oxytocin adds +2.0157 on disulfide reduction and a three-way +0.9841 ambiguity of its own.

- The human and murine kisspeptin-10 sequences differ by one terminal residue and about 16 daltons, and both are sold under the same name; kisspeptin-54 is a different article entirely. (1) C-terminal state: kisspeptin-10's amide is definitional and the des-amido free acid is its commonest impurity. (2) oxytocin reduced form 1009.209. (3) salt per component, kisspeptin-10 normally a bis-salt with bis-trifluoroacetate at 1530.51, of which 14.9 percent of gross weight is counterion.

Published literature exists for each component and is graded on that component's record; two of the three additionally carry approved-product regulatory documentation. None of it is literature about this fixed three-component mixture, and no published specification for one was found.

- The article is held at minus 20 degrees C plus or minus 5 degrees C, desiccated and light-protected, with a nitrogen headspace set by the oxytocin disulfide and by two tryptophan-containing components, and with reducing conditions and elevated pH excluded.
- Shelf life
- Each lot is dated from QA release and carries a printed retest date, with first-expiry-first-out enforced against that date. The blend inherits no component study and carries its own stability protocol, on which the interval is set, with free thiol, scrambled disulfide, des-amido kisspeptin, deamidation and tryptophan oxidation as the stability-indicating attributes.
