Defined single synthetic decapeptide, consistent with the ten-residue INCI stem. the trade name of the originator OneSkin Inc.; INCI name Decapeptide-52; research designation "Peptide 14" or "Pep 14". Capsules offered under the name "OS-01" by two sellers are not this molecule; the identity facts above set out why.

Sequence: ETAKHWLKGI, disclosed as SEQ ID NO:1 in OneSkin's granted patent US 12,268,746 B2 where it is identified as Peptide 14. OneSkin has never itself published the sequence and the peer-reviewed papers deliberately withhold it; the chain of identity Peptide 14 = OS-01 = Decapeptide-52 is strongly supported but not company-confirmed. Whether the marketed material is the free acid, the C-terminal amide, or otherwise modified is not established.
