1 Identity

Fixed-ratio two-component article: two synthetic C-terminally amidated peptides, co-lyophilized. Not a molecule and not a single substance; a formulation. Four D-centers sit in one vial across the two components, and one of the two components contains a non-proteinogenic naphthylalanine. The whole article is P3. which carries the trade misnomer for the 29-mer into the blend title. Market names recorded exactly as found and not adopted as identity statements. GHRP-2 is pralmorelin, and pralmorelin hydrochloride is an approved medicine in Japan - GHRP Kaken 100, Kaken Pharmaceutical, a diagnostic agent.

Sequence
Per component; each component's full identity lives on its own record and is cross-referenced rather than restated. Component A, Modified GRF (1-29): Y-(D-A)-DAIFTQSYRKVLAQLSARKLLQDILSR-NH2, 29 residues, the C-terminus a primary carboxamide and not a free acid, four substitutions against native human GHRH(1-29) - D-Ala2, Gln8, Ala15, Leu27. The Leu27 substitution removes the only sulfur atom in the native sequence: any sulfur in an elemental result or isotope pattern indicates sermorelin-family contamination. Component B, GHRP-2: H-D-Ala-D-2-Nal-Ala-Trp-D-Phe-Lys-NH2, six residues, three of them D-configured, with beta-(2-naphthyl)alanine at position 2 a non-proteinogenic residue. It is not human growth hormone, contains no somatropin sequence and shares no residues with it. Neither component contains cysteine, methionine, sulfur or a disulfide.
Molecular formula
Per component, never as a sum. Modified GRF (1-29) C152H252N44O42 (C-terminal amide); GHRP-2 C45H55N9O6 (free base), mono-trifluoroacetate C47H56F3N9O8, dihydrochloride C45H57Cl2N9O6. Salt is stated per component; net peptide content on a trifluoroacetate lot of the 29-mer typically runs 75-85 percent.
Average mass
Per component: Modified GRF (1-29) 3,367.954 Da; GHRP-2 817.992 Da, mono-trifluoroacetate 932.02, dihydrochloride 890.91. Worked example at 10 + 10 mg, 20 mg total nominal fill: 2.969 against 12.225 micromol - a 1.00-to-4.12 molar ratio out of a 1.0-to-1.0 mass ratio. Named comparators: CJC-1295 with DAC at 3,647.250, plus 279.30 Da; sermorelin at 3,357.93, containing one sulfur; and the all-L impostor of GHRP-2, which is exactly isobaric with it and is therefore invisible to every mass measurement ever run on this article.
Monoisotopic mass
Per component. Modified GRF (1-29) 3,365.89358 Da neutral, observed multiply charged - [M+3H]3+ 1,122.97180, [M+4H]4+ 842.48067 - reported as a deconvoluted neutral with the raw envelope shown. GHRP-2 817.4275 neutral, [M+H]+ 818.4348, [M+2H]2+ 409.7210; mono-trifluoroacetate 931.4204 neutral. Identity is confirmed against both expected neutrals in one run. The measurement that mass cannot make on this article is stereochemical: three of GHRP-2's six residues are D and every one of its epimers is isobaric.
Salt / variant note
(1) The all-L impostor of GHRP-2 is exactly isobaric with it and is separable only by a chiral method - the single most consequential variant on this article. (2) The name fork on the 29-mer: 'CJC-1295 no DAC' at 3,367.954 against CJC-1295 (DAC:GRF) at 3,647.250, plus 279.30 Da. (3) Sermorelin at 3,357.93, containing a sulfur this article does not have. (4) GHRP-2 salt form: free base 817.992, mono-trifluoroacetate 932.02, dihydrochloride 890.91 - a 114 Da spread on an 818 Da molecule. (5) Ratio: no standard exists.

One interpretive constraint is stated here rather than left to the laboratory: both components contribute D-alanine, the 29-mer one against three L-alanines and GHRP-2 one against one, so a measured D-to-L alanine ratio on the mixture is a composite of two components and cannot be read as a per-component stereochemical purity without the measured mass ratio in hand

White to off-white co-lyophilized solid in a screw-cap amber borosilicate vial with a PTFE-lined closure, desiccant sachet in the secondary pack - a laboratory-chemical presentation, non-sterile, no sterility claim, no stoppered-and-crimped injection format. Store at -20 degrees C plus or minus 5 degrees C, tightly closed, desiccated, and protected from light as a specification, the GHRP-2 component carrying an indole and a naphthalene side chain. Neither component contains cysteine, methionine or a disulfide, so inert headspace is not required and its absence is a considered position rather than an omission. Reconstituted solution is aliquoted single-use at -80 degrees C.
Shelf life
Provisional 24 months at -20 degrees C plus or minus 5 degrees C, desiccated and light-protected, from QA release - both component intervals being 24 months - and provisional pending this company's own data. Stability protocol: real-time pulls at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months at the labeled condition plus 6 months accelerated at 40 degrees C and 75 percent relative humidity. Stability-indicating attributes: tryptophan-oxidation products at plus 16 and plus 32 Da, aggregate content by SE-HPLC, the des-amido free acid of each component, iso-aspartate on the 29-mer, per-component net content, the measured ratio, water and counterion per component.
