No combined formula is written: a mixture has no molecular formula, and a certificate printing one describes something that does not exist.
Average mass
Per component. GHK-Cu 401.914 Da, on copper 63.546, an isotope-weighted average rather than the mass of any single molecule. Tesamorelin 5,135.856 Da as the free base, against which the EGRIFTA WR prescribing information states 5,135.9 and a reagent catalog publishes 5,135.78 for the same formula. With about seven acetate equivalents the salt is roughly 5,556.2 Da gross, so a content figure that does not declare free base or salt is out by about 7.6 percent. Worked example at 50 mg plus 10 mg, a 60 mg total nominal fill: 124.405 against 1.947 micromol, a 63.89-to-1.00 molar ratio out of a 5.0-to-1.0 mass ratio; copper contributes 7.905 mg, 13.18 percent of gross fill.
Monoisotopic mass
Per component. GHK-Cu 401.0999 Da neutral for the 63Cu isotopologue, the 63Cu-to-65Cu envelope at 69.15 to 30.85 being part of the identity. Tesamorelin 5,132.71664 Da as the free base, to be used with a deconvoluted charge envelope rather than with a single-ion match, since at this mass the monoisotopic peak is not the base peak of the isotope envelope.
Salt / variant note
The acyl isomer question, which is the one most often left unanswered: cis-3-hexenoyl and 2-hexenoyl are exactly isobaric with the specified trans-3-hexenoyl cap, so a document that never names the isomer has not tested for it. The copper fork: 1:1 complex 401.914, mono-acetate 461.966, metal-free GHK 340.384, AHK-Cu 415.94. Salt: tesamorelin acetate at about seven equivalents against the free base, a 7.6 percent difference in declared content. Ratio: no standard presentation exists. Tesamorelin is the active moiety of an approved United States product marketed as EGRIFTA, and also as EGRIFTA SV and EGRIFTA WR, under NDA 022505 held by Theratechnologies Inc. And approved 10 November 2010; that brand family is recorded here as identity, so that the names are not read as separate molecules.

Blue to blue-violet co-lyophilized solid in a Type I amber glass vial with a PTFE-lined closure. Store at -20 degrees C plus or minus 5 degrees C, desiccated, protected from light, with the headspace displaced with nitrogen for the methionine — Met27 is the oxidation-labile residue, so the inert headspace is a specification and not a housekeeping preference. Color is recorded at each handling step as an in-process identity check, the blue-violet arising from the copper d-d absorption; drift toward pale, green or brown is investigated.
Shelf life
The dating condition is the storage condition: -20 degrees C plus or minus 5 degrees C, desiccated, protected from light, headspace nitrogen-displaced, with the interval dated from QA release. A blend of this kind runs its own stability protocol rather than inheriting either component's interval, and the interval is set on this company's own real-time and accelerated data rather than on a supplier's certificate. The retest-limiting attributes come from the peptide component: oxidation at Met27, the acyl cap held to both position and geometry, per-component net content, the measured ratio, copper stoichiometry, water and counterion.
