1 Identity
Fixed-ratio two-component article: a copper(II) coordination complex co-lyophilized with a synthetic linear tetrapeptide. and "GHK-Cu + Epitalon". Formula one is A different article — four components, adding BPC-157 and TB-500 — and is a separate record. A name that resolves to two compositions is not an identity statement, which is why the formula number sits in the title and why "Fountain of Youth" alone is never accepted on an order.

Free GHK ligand 340.1859. Epitalon 390.13868 neutral, [M-H]- 389.13140; negative mode is the sensible primary on a tetrapeptide carrying three carboxylates against one amine. Identity is confirmed against both expected neutrals in one run.
- Salt / variant note
- The copper fork, three of whose members circulate under the name "GHK-Cu": the 1:1 complex at 401.914; the mono-acetate at 461.966; metal-free GHK at 340.384, which contains no copper at all and whose powder is white rather than blue-violet; AHK-Cu at 415.94, exactly +14.03 Da away; and prezatide copper acetate at 800.33, a 2:1 bis-complex. The epitalon neighbor: Vesugen sits 0.044 Da away on average mass, and resolving that pair is a validated-method condition that a blend does not relax; Cartalax (AED, 333.297 Da) is Epitalon less one glycine. Salt: acetate or trifluoroacetate, stated per component. Ratio: no standard presentation exists for this pairing. The name resolves to two compositions in this catalog, which is why the formula number is carried in the title.

P1 governs the tetrapeptide. The article is released against both panels in full and per component: each panel runs on the component it governs, separately, and never once on the blended vial. This is the best-conditioned copper blend in the catalog for that per-component work, because histidine and lysine are unique to GHK-Cu while alanine, glutamate and aspartate are each unique to Epitalon, so every component has a marker residue the other does not carry. The four-component copper blends in this catalog do not have that, GHK-Cu carrying no unique proteinogenic marker in them

Published literature exists for each component, is graded on that component's record and is cross-referenced from here rather than restated. The GHK-Cu literature is graded D and carries identifiers including Pickart and Margolina, Cosmetics 2015, DOI 10.3390/cosmetics2030236, and Dymek et al., Pharmaceutics 2023, DOI 10.3390/pharmaceutics15102485. The Epitalon literature is the Khavinson short-peptide bioregulator body of work, predominantly Russian-language and predominantly from a single research group. None of it is literature about this mixture: no published study of this fixed two-component combination at any ratio was located.

- Blue to blue-violet co-lyophilized solid in a Type I amber glass vial with a PTFE-lined closure — a laboratory-chemical presentation, non-sterile, with no sterility claim and no stoppered-and-crimped injection format. Store at -20 degrees C plus or minus 5 degrees C, tightly closed, desiccated, protected from light. Color is a real in-process identity check on this article and is recorded at each handling step, the blue-violet arising from the copper d-d absorption near 620-640 nm; drift toward pale, green or brown is investigated. Sealed vials are equilibrated to ambient before opening. The article is held physically segregated from the metal-free GHK article, that particular cross-contamination being invisible on an RP-HPLC trace. The copper complex is incompatible with strong chelators, reducing agents and phosphate buffers, and the compatible diluent is named on the label.
- Shelf life
- Provisional 24 months at -20 degrees C plus or minus 5 degrees C, desiccated and protected from light, from the date of QA release — the shorter of the two component intervals, both being 24 months — and provisional pending this company's own data. The blend runs its own stability protocol and does not inherit the component studies, with a mandatory 6-month interim pull on each of the first three lots. Stability-indicating attributes: per-component net content, the measured ratio, copper stoichiometry by ICP-MS, the d-d band lambda-max, free-ligand GHK at 340.186 as the named transchelation marker — Epitalon is itself a carboxylate-rich potential ligand for Cu(II), so transchelation inside the vial is a real pathway and is watched at that mass — the Asp3 succinimide and iso-aspartate species, water, and counterion. Neither component contains cysteine, methionine, tryptophan or a disulfide, so oxidation is not a pathway here and an oxidation panel on this article would be a method copied from elsewhere.
