1 Identity

Fixed-ratio four-component article: a copper(II) coordination complex co-lyophilized with three synthetic linear peptides. A formulation, not a substance. Formula two is A different article - GHK-Cu plus Epitalon only, two components rather than four - and holds its own record in the catalog. A name that resolves to two different compositions is not an identity statement, and the formula number is carried in the title for that reason.

Sequence
Per component, cross-referenced to the component records rather than restated. GHK-Cu: ligand H-Gly-L-His-L-Lys-OH as the copper(II) complex through a three-nitrogen donor set. BPC-157: GEPPPGKPADDAGLV, free acid. Full-length thymosin beta-4: Ac-SDKPDMAEIEKFDKSKLKKTETQEKNPLPSKETIEQEKQAGES-OH, Met6 the single oxidation-labile residue in the article. Epitalon: H-Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly-OH (AEDG), four residues, all L, Gly4 achiral so the molecule carries three stereocenters and not four, three carboxyl functions against one basic center, no aromatic residue.

Per component. GHK-Cu C14H22CuN6O4 for the 1:1 complex or C16H26CuN6O6 as the mono-acetate, the salt form stated as a measured finding. BPC-157 C62H98N16O22. Thymosin beta-4 C212H350N56O78S. Epitalon C14H22N4O9 as the free acid, matching PubChem CID 219042; acetate is specified in preference to trifluoroacetate and the salt is written into the component identity rather than left in a footnote. No combined formula is written; a mixture has none. Total nominal fill is stated alongside the per-component fills.

Per component: GHK-Cu 401.914 Da (mono-acetate 461.966), on the conventional atomic weight of copper 63.546, an isotope-weighted average and not the mass of any single molecule; BPC-157 1,419.556 Da; thymosin beta-4 4,963.506 Da; Epitalon 390.349 Da. At an observed 50 + 10 + 10 + 10 mg presentation, total nominal fill 80 mg: 124.405, 7.044, 2.015 and 25.618 micromol - a molar ratio of 61.75 : 3.50 : 1.00 : 12.72 out of a 5 : 1 : 1 : 1 mass ratio. Copper contributes 7.905 mg of the fill, 9.88 percent of the gross.

Salt / variant note
(1) the copper fork: 1:1 complex 401.914, mono-acetate 461.966, metal-free GHK 340.384 with no copper at all, AHK-Cu 415.94 at plus 14.03 Da, prezatide copper acetate 800.33 as a 2:1 bis-complex. Three of these travel under the name "GHK-Cu". (2) the thymosin fork: the 43-mer at 4,963.506 Da against Tb4(17-23) at 889.018 Da; substituting the fragment breaks the residual-amino-acid deconvolution outright, since the heptapeptide carries no alanine and the residual-alanine route for Epitalon loses a term. (3) the epitalon neighbor: Vesugen sits 0.044 Da away on average mass, and the Epitalon record makes resolving that pair a validated-method condition; in a four-component blend that requirement is not relaxed. Cartalax, AED at 333.297 Da, is Epitalon less one glycine and appears in another blend in the catalog. (4) ratio: no standard presentation exists.

P5 and P1panel definitiontogether, as a union and not the higher of the two, run per component and never once for the vial. P5 governs the copper complex; P1 runs separately on each of the three peptide components. Four components means four identity determinations, four net-content determinations and ten units assayed four ways for content uniformity. The markers are composition-specific and are stated here rather than left to the laboratory: histidine for GHK-Cu, threonine for thymosin beta-4, valine for BPC-157, and none for Epitalon. Aspartate is not a marker for BPC-157 in any blend containing full-length thymosin beta-4, which carries aspartate at positions 2, 5 and 13, and it is doubly unusable here because Epitalon carries aspartate as well. Epitalon is recovered from residual alanine rather than residual glycine: both routes are algebraically valid and only one is usable, because GHK-Cu contributes 72 percent of the glycine pool and none of the alanine pool, so the glycine route inherits the copper component's error at roughly seven times amplification

Published literature exists for each of the four components, is cited and graded on each component's own record, and is cross-referenced from here rather than restated: the GHK-Cu literature is graded D, and the Epitalon literature sits in the Khavinson short-chain-bioregulator group and carries its own identifiers. None of it is literature about this mixture. No published study of this fixed four-component combination was located - a statement about the search, and about the components only in the sense that the mixture has no literature of its own. 4 Storage & specification

Storage
Co-lyophilized solid stored at -20 degrees C plus or minus 5 degrees C, desiccated with in-pack desiccant, protected from light, under a nitrogen headspace re-blanketed after any subdivision, the sealed vial equilibrated to room temperature before opening. The labeled condition is taken as the most restrictive of the four components rather than as an average. Two points are specific to this composition. Cu(II) is redox-active and Met6 is the single oxidation-labile residue in the article, so the blend co-locates an oxidizable residue with a redox-active metal, and whether that matters at these ratios is a question the blend's own stability study answers rather than one the component data settles. And cake color is a weak identity check here: at 50 mg of a blue-violet complex in an 80 mg fill alongside three white peptides the chroma is diluted, so a pale cake is not read as a failure without instrument confirmation.
Shelf life
Provisional 24 months at -20 degrees C plus or minus 5 degrees C, taken as the shortest of the four component intervals and held pending this company's own data, expressly not inherited from the component studies. The blend runs its own protocol at 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 18 and 24 months with a parallel accelerated arm at 25 degrees C and 60 percent relative humidity on each of the first three lots, trending per-component content, the measured four-way ratio, copper stoichiometry by ICP-MS, the d-d band lambda-max, methionine sulfoxide, water content, counterion and any new peak above 0.10 percent. No component carries a disulfide, a cysteine or a tryptophan, so scrambling is not an attribute to trend. Full ten-unit content uniformity per component stands until three consecutive lots from one site and one blending process demonstrate homogeneity.
