1 Identity
Two-component co-lyophilized blend. Nominal fill 50 mg GHK-Cu and 10 mg BPC-157, 60 mg total per vial - a 5 to 1 mass ratio, consistent across both sellers found, which is what makes this a market article in its own right rather than one seller's construction. "Blend GHK-Cu 50mg with BPC-157 10mg" and "GHK-Cu / BPC-157 Blend 50/10mg".

- Per component, cross-referenced: GHK-Cu and BPC-157 each hold their own record in the catalog, and that record is the single place the component's identity data is maintained. GHK-Cu is the copper(II) complex of the tripeptide ligand H-Gly-L-His-L-Lys-OH, bound through a three-nitrogen donor set. BPC-157 is GEPPPGKPADDAGLV, fifteen residues, free acid. No sequence is written for the vial; a mixture has none.

- Per component. GHK-Cu C14H22CuN6O4 for the 1:1 complex, or C16H26CuN6O6 as the mono-acetate, the salt form stated as a measured finding rather than assumed. BPC-157 C62H98N16O22, no sulfur. No combined formula is written: a mixture has no molecular formula, and a certificate printing one describes something that does not exist.

- Per component. GHK-Cu 401.914 Da as the 1:1 complex and 461.966 Da as the mono-acetate, on the conventional atomic weight of copper 63.546, which is an isotope-weighted average and not the mass of any single molecule. BPC-157 1,419.556 Da. At the 50 mg and 10 mg nominal fill the two components are 124.405 and 7.044 micromol, so the 5 to 1 mass ratio is nowhere near the molar ratio, and a document that treats the fill ratio as a molar ratio is wrong on its face.
- Monoisotopic mass
- Per component. GHK-Cu 401.0999 Da neutral for the 63Cu isotopologue, [M+H]+ 402.1072, the 65Cu isotopologue at 403.098, and the natural 69.15 to 30.85 copper envelope forms part of the identity rather than an artifact of the spectrum. BPC-157 1,418.7042 neutral, [M+H]+ 1,419.7115.
- Salt / variant note
- The copper fork is the whole problem with the first component, and a 50 mg figure does not resolve it: the 1:1 complex is 401.914, the mono-acetate 461.966, metal-free GHK 340.384 with no copper at all, AHK-Cu 415.94 at plus 14.03 Da, and prezatide copper acetate 800.33 as a 2:1 bis-complex. Three of those travel under the name "GHK-Cu". Whether "50 mg GHK-Cu" means the copper complex at about 402 Da or the free tripeptide at about 340 Da is roughly 18 percent of the delivered peptide. Two further identity figures belong on the certificate and are absent from both sellers found: the copper stoichiometry, which is to say whether the complex is fully loaded, under-loaded leaving free GHK, or over-loaded leaving free copper salt; and the excipient and counterion load. The family is also confusable: the catalog holds GLOW (GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500) and KLOW (the same plus KPV), both of which contain this pair as a subset, and GHK-Cu + KPV alongside them. The two-component article is the simplest member of that family and is never reconciled to any of them - an order for the two-component article filled with GLOW is an order filled with an extra active.

Both components are individually well characterized, and each is cited and graded on its own record; the GHK-Cu literature is graded D there. Nothing published addresses the mixture, and that gap is the record. It is a chemistry gap and not a paperwork one: GHK-Cu is a redox-active copper(II) complex, and co-lyophilizing a peptide with a transition-metal complex creates a direct route to metal-catalyzed oxidation of the co-formulated peptide. One seller's own description says the two were "evaluated together... To examine molecular coexistence, stability, and interaction behavior", which states the compatibility question rather than answering it.

- Lyophilized solid held at -20 degrees C plus or minus 5 degrees C, desiccated, protected from light. Copper-containing lyophilates are light and moisture sensitive beyond the peptide norm, so the desiccant and the light protection are specifications rather than housekeeping.

- Dated from QA release against the labeled condition, on this company's own real-time and accelerated data for the mixture rather than inherited from the two component records - the compatibility question above is a stability question, and the mixture is the article the interval belongs to. The attributes that set it are per-component net content, the measured 5 to 1 ratio, copper stoichiometry, water content and any new peak. Printed retest date on every unit, first-expiry-first-out enforced against that date.
